3. Assist department leaders in providing feedback and handling issues related to equipment, materials, and process design during production.
4. Responsible for on-site production process, beat optimization, Lean manufacturing, 5S, etc.
5. Cooperate with customer on-site audits and analyze, address, and continuously improve any issues identified during the process.
6. Participate in the trial production, mass production transfer, and tracking of new products.
7. Assist department leaders in handling daily affairs in their work.
Job Description:
